Unique Live Electronic Music Performance

Live in Rancho Sabor is a live electronic music performance I've been conceptualizing for many years. To be able to perform my original music centered around my main instrument, the Chapman Stick, along with other electronics. To create the style of music I love while being able to perform it as a musician with the control, freedom and excitement that comes with improvising. When Covid struck, I devoted all my time to this project and figuring out the technological challenges, while writing music that I could incorporate into the setup. This live performance on a California mountainside is the end result. We knew we had one shot to capture the performance during the magic hour, while running all the power from a single power generator. All the challenges and associated risks culminated in this labor of love. With a very small and capable video crew and a one of a kind live performance.
