bulay sun 你很好

The song explores how people today often rely on praise and validation from others to feel worthy. More importantly, it encourages us to learn to tell ourselves, “You are good,” and to treat our one-of-a-kind selves with kindness and care.
In the Paiwan language, “bulay sun” means “you are good.” The song carries the message that learning to affirm ourselves, appreciate who we are, and treat ourselves with kindness is one of the most important things we can do.
