Mary Dawood Catlin and Alan Storeygard have released their first album of Christian music. Mary sings Who Made You?... and Who Made Me? written and performed on the piano by Alan Storeygard. Alan’s song was inspired by the original music for the documentary film Thanks to Your Noble Shadow お陰様で by James Creedon, about the life of Sister Paschal (Jennie) O' Sullivan, the last missionary nun in Japan. The original film score was composed by Alexander Kato-Willis.
It is a musical prayer, and a meditation on the mystery of God's creation. Every word of the song holds special meaning and is a reminder to be grateful for God’s grace, and his greatest gift to humanity and the world: the miracle of life.
It is a song that demonstrates the power of love and devotion when overcoming the trials of life, dedicated to all who seek and teach the answers to questions the song asks.
