Playa Backyardia is about finding paradise, and each other, in our very own backyard - at a time when we need it most. The pandemic has helped us remember what is most important and in the process, has challenged our beliefs that really living means leaving it all behind. Our lives are have been, and always will be, deeply enriched by friends, family, neighbours, teachers, health care and mental health workers, community workers, farmers, labourers of all kind...everyone in our local community and beyond. We are better together even if we are six feet apart.
