1. Congratulations on your LIT Music Awards achievement! Could you share more about your journey and background in the music industry?
Thank you to the LIT Music Awards for this incredible opportunity. The International Artists Project brought together one artist from every country in the world through an extensive 14-month search, resulting in The World Album—a groundbreaking release showcasing 93 languages and 121 music genres, and setting three world records.
Beyond the album, artists are connected through a global community where they perform, collaborate, and support one another—a true celebration of music without borders.
2. How do you see this recognition influencing your future music?
Being honored with Best World Music Album at the LIT Music Awards is an incredible opportunity to bring greater awareness to The World Album. All 200+ artists from around the globe are deeply grateful and appreciative.
This award uplifts artists in ways that go far beyond recognition.
3. What's the moment you first realized music was your calling? Can you describe it?
When the idea for the International Artists Project was first conceived.
4. What's the most unusual source of inspiration you've drawn from while creating your music?
The music I heard in my earliest childhood.
5. Do you have any quirky rituals or habits when you're composing or recording?
No rituals, just pure focus and trusting the process.
6. How would you describe your creative process? Is it more of a jazz jam session or a perfectly orchestrated symphony?
Organized chaos, always. It’s part of my process.
7. How do you want people to feel or experience when they hear your music?
The World Album explores 93 languages and 121 music genres—a true musical journey across the entire planet. Discover styles and sounds you never knew existed.
8. What's one risk you took with your music that completely changed your career path?
Leaving everything behind for this project—going all in with only the completion of The World Album in mind.
9. What's the song or artist that first made you fall in love with music, and why?
All music—there wasn’t just one song or artist.
10. If you could describe your award-winning work in a single sentence, what would it be?
An album made by the world, for the world, a truly global collaboration.
11. What was the most challenging part of creating this piece, and how did you push through?
The artist search was, by far, the most challenging part of this project. It took 14 months (June 2023 to August 2024) to find an artist born in every country—traveling to 30 countries while simultaneously building a global A&R team.
It then took an additional eight months to produce The World Album with over 200 artists. It was a true meeting of passion and purpose.
12. What upcoming music project or album are you currently working on, or is there a new genre or style you’ve yet to explore but are eager to try?
We are currently building a postlude to The World Album, which will be the most globally collaborative album ever created. Each track is a collaboration between two or more project artists from different countries, blending languages, genres, and styles—imagine a 20- or 30-track album where every song is a global collaboration.
This new International Artists Project album is set to release in August 2026. Most importantly, it brings artists from around the world closer together.
13. If you could collaborate with any artist, past or present, who would it be, and what would the vibe of your track together be?
Every artist from The World Album, coming together once more for one last time.
14. How would you inspire fellow musicians to participate in music awards, and what valuable advice would you share to guide their journey?
If there’s an opportunity out there, take it. The LIT Music Awards is one of those opportunities to have your music recognized and showcased to a whole new audience. Keep going!
