Kobi Arad (Internationally Acclaimed pianist - composer / Stevie Wonder Collaborator) is the first musician to receive Doctorate in the field of Third Stream / Contemporary Improvisation from New England Conservatory. A Grammy Awards voting member - he recently won the Holywood Music in Media Awards for Best Jazz (Sketches of Monk); Hollywood Independent Music Awards (Weave); Independent Music Awards for Jazz Instrumental Album (Segments) & Global Music Awards (Silver Medal) for World Music (Makams - Places).


Jazz Walk is a slyly cinematic music video by Kobi Arad that fuses the smoky allure of 1950s film noir with the effervescent mischief of modern jazz. Filmed amid the living, breathing streets of Cartagena, the city itself becomes an improvising co-star—its sounds, colors, and passersby folding seamlessly into the narrative. The story unfolds as two playful muses espiègles exit a hotel, armed with a mysterious remote control capable of conjuring new characters, altering reality, and even changing a man’s wardrobe at will. Their target, portrayed by Arad, is eventually lured through shifting scenes—restaurants, rooftops, and intimate rooms—until, in a wry reversal, he reclaims control and “switches them off” like a vintage television. Musically, the piece strides on a buoyant jazz walking bass line, underscored by funky drums, Hammond warmth, and sparkling piano solos, creating a sonic world as unpredictable and charming as the plot itself—a perfectly syncopated dance between sight, sound, and sly wit.
