Los sitios de Gerona

'Los sitios de Gerona' is a musical fantasy written to be performed by windbands. It was composed in memory of the fallen from Gerona's sieges from 1808, during Napoleon's Spanish Campaign in northern Catalonia.
For its composition, this musical fantasy describes a military day from sunrise to sunset, using as structural and musical resources some elements like bugle calls, main battle points and religious melodies from Gerona.
